Please note your appointment is provisional until we receive payment and the completed forms, We reserve the right to refuse service if not confirmed.
Our Model Policy
We will normally and in all circumstances supply the models required – but if for any reason we are not able to, or if I am travelling to your clinic in a different location, it will be your responsibility to supply the minimum models required.
We will notify you in advance if this is the case. Models will be required to pay a discounted rate for their treatment, payable to Natalie Page Aesthetics & Academy.
I will provide the Dermal Filler and the Model price is:

£100 for the Advanced Lip Masterclass or

£135 for the Ultimate Lip Masterclass.
Failure to meet this criteria may result in you not passing the course.
Your certificate will be issued on completion of competence. Occasionally In some circumstances, I may require to see 3-5 case studies after your training for your own continuous professional development.
