APPOINTMENT POLICY

 

Booking Fee / Deposit

At Natalie Page aesthetics we understand that occasionally you may need to rearrange or cancel an appointment for a number of reasons. If you should need to rearrange you may do so once, on the same deposit and within 30 days of cancellation by giving us no less than 48 hours’ notice.

 

If you need to rearrange again after this, the non-refundable deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.

 

Cancellations are non-refundable. Full appointment charge will be applicable with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no show”. The only time we will consider waiving the fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or a last minute emergency (official proof will be required) or upon my discretion.

 

If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please call, text us on 07791497075. Alternatively if you booked through FB or IG you can also message me on there.

 

If you text or get an answer-phone, please leave a clear message stating the following:

• That you wish to cancel or rearrange
• Your full name
• Your telephone number
• The date and time of your appointment
• The treatment/s you were booked in for

Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, amounts will vary depending on the appointment requested.
